I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, everything was super clean. The hotel facilities were great, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

The hotel had a great location close to the beach and nearby restaurants. The rooms were nicely decorated with comfortable beds and amenities such as a mini-fridge were offered. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that had a good variety of options to choose from.

We were unable to access our prepaid room upon arrival as the front door was locked, despite notifying the manager of our early check-in time. The hotel did not respond to our email and we were left scrambling to find alternative accommodations in the middle of the night.

Location was great, it was close to the beach and other tourist attractions. the room I booked was prepaid and had all the necessary facilities. the hotel's website also looked very promising.

I had informed the hotel about my early arrival, but when I got there, the place was locked up. the front door had a chain even though I had confirmed that I would be arriving at 2 in the morning.
